Our History

Access Learning Hub is a training service provider in Zambia and the Sub-Saharan region. The firm was established in May 2021 as a single, seamless professional services firm, having previously operated as a training department under Nolands Advisory Services Limited.

Our approach is focused on building direct, long-term relationships with our clients. This translates into the way we are structured internationally to ensure seamless and consistent service.

Management Team

Kelvin Chungu is the Managing Partner of the firm, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in providing assurance, advisory, and training services. His career spans across Zambia, Bermuda, and the United Kingdom, where he has served a diverse range of clients in various industry sectors. These sectors include banking, insurance, investment funds (primarily in America and the United Kingdom), retail and consumer products, food and beverages, telecommunications, oil and gas extraction, and other financial sectors. Prior to his current role, Mr. Chungu held the positions of Director and Learning and Development at EY. He has also been a continuous IFRS, IPSAS, and IAS training facilitator for the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZiCA) for 10 years. Furthermore, Mr. Chungu is the developer of the securities Internal control reporting framework for Issuers of registered securities / guidelines 2019 and the ZICA Covid-19 IFRS guidelines 2020.

Chibuta brings over 25 years of senior management experience encompassing a wide range of areas including finance, accounting, internal audit, external audit, performance audit, taxation, forensic investigations, management consultancy, and insolvency work. He was a valued member of a key center of excellence at a prominent audit firm in South Africa, where he served as a trainer and a member of the IFRS committee. His professional exposure extends to the mining services industry and various projects across South Africa, West Africa, Southern Africa, and Zambia.

Moses serves as the Assurance leader of the firm, bringing with him over 30 years of experience gained in both the private and public sectors. His expertise extends to providing consultancy services to multinational institutions, which includes performing financial diagnostics for small and medium enterprises in Zambia. This work has also involved the implementation of financial systems and internal controls for various donor-funded projects.

Peter Naphtali Banda serves as the Training & HR Development Lead. With over five years of experience in HR administration across major sectors, Peter brings a wealth of expertise in managing recruitment, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives. At Access Learning Hub, he leads the training function, designing and delivering impactful workshops across diverse sectors including finance, mining, agriculture, and hospitality. His approach integrates practical HR insights with strategic training delivery, ensuring clients receive relevant, customized, and results-oriented learning solutions. Our Facilitators

Jerome Kunda is the Senior Manager of Tax and Accounting at Nolands Zambia, where he leads both the Tax and Accounting departments. A Chartered Accountant and a member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA), Jerome brings a wealth of expertise to the accounting and auditing fields. He possesses extensive hands-on experience in accounting work, with a strong command of accounting standards, including both IFRS and GAAP. In addition to his managerial role, Jerome is actively involved in training accounting and business courses, sharing his knowledge and expertise with aspiring professionals. He is also well-versed in reviewing internal controls and internal audits, ensuring that systems and processes within organizations are efficient and effective. With his comprehensive skill set and experience, Jerome Kunda is a recognized leader in the field of tax and accounting, contributing significantly to the growth and development of the profession in Zambia.
